Amy Medina is a Face and Body artist from Southern California and has over 20 years experience as an artist. Amy’s passion for art was sparked as a teenager when she began studies in the art of porcelain painting and through these studies she mastered the fundamentals of her artistic skill set. About 12 years ago, Amy began working as a Children’s Entertainer/Clown which awakened a passion for Face and Body Painting!
Amy’s work as a face and body painter has been recognized with awards from West Coast Face and Body Painters, Snazaroo, Face and Body Art International Convention as well as having the honor of being an instructor for FABAIC and Living Canvas. She also teaches classes in her local area.
Other claims to fame include being a guest artist on the hit TV show “The Doctors” in a segment discussing the art of pregnant belly painting, aired December ’08.
Amy found other artistic outlets to quench her thirst for her artistic expressionism by exploring mural design & creation and decorative painting.
