Kathy Beringer (aka Kat B) is from the Chicago suburb of Crystal Lake, IL and began in the industry in the early 1980’s as a make-up artist for Marilyn Miglin cosmetics. Kat started-off her body art career as a self-taught airbrush tattoo artist in 2000 and has learned under artists such as Neil Roth and Pamela Shanteau. Kat’s done everything from festivals and private parties to product launching, concerts and store openings.
Kat’s worked with such companies as: McDonald’s, Nike, Sony and Blizzard Entertainment (Warcraft).
She’s instructed at: CT Face Painting Convention 2009-2011, Airbrush Director FABAIC (Face And Body Art International Convention) 2009-2013 and FABAIC Competition Director (2014-2019).
