Christina Davison

Christina Davison is the founder and owner of AmaDazzle Arts. She has been entertaining the public since she was 16 years old, first as a violinist and later cellist with the Amarillo Symphony. Then in 1990, she started her own pony ride and petting zoo business, which operated successfully for 20 years. In 2004, she added face painting to the choices for the birthday party business, and soon became overwhelmed by its popularity. Within a few years, the face painting business was so busy that she began recruiting and training more artists, and teaming up with clowns, balloonists, and other entertainers in the area. Christina is always looking for ways to grow and improve her artistic abilities. During her pursuit of knowledge, she is always learning new techniques, styles and “tricks of the trade.” Christina has studied with many of the top artists in the world of face painting, and is now in demand across the US and around the globe as an instructor herself. She has painted, taught and competed in several major US cities, as well as in England, Austria, Japan and Australia.
